How do I stop being scared all the time
Make sure you're not encouraging the fear.I won't get to see my grandkids grow up, i won't get to see my son get married or my daughter get married.I was just wanting to get somethings out of my head and see if anyone could help or share their experience with me.I do think that the best way to ease anxiety about this stuff is to keep pregnancy tests/strips around because you don't have to do that panicked run to the store and all of that, you can take it in your home in private the moment you need to.This is my first post on here.
